I always loved to watch koi fish! Gives you very calm and balance feeling of life.
To find inspiration I went to visit Sunken Gardens in Florida. Then it becomes matter of waiting for a good light and a right moment to capture enough references to work from.
In this painting I wanted to show joy of life through the colors and give viewer a peaceful felling using the subject matter. Find the right rhythm for reflection was challenging, but I am very happy with result!
